Network Connection error

Hey,

since about 2 days I have a massive increase of network connection error when I want to start new things. Doesn’t matter if university or docks or buildings. Every time a citizen is needed, a network connection error is popping up.

the reinstall of the game had no impact on this. It’s nearly unplayable right now. Maybe something is wrong. Maybe there is a anti cheat tool implemented which is checking the maximum possible working citizens. I have the additional house. Maybe this leads to an issue which needs to be solved.
Leviathan can you check this?

the connection error is also popping up sometimes after multiplayer battles when I want to renew my troops. The troops are not lost, sometimes I just have to hit the button again after reopen the app.

i am using a iPhone 8 with the newest iOS.

Leviathan I wrote you 2-3 days ago about the same issue with Android phone, but I didn't get any answer back.
Why can't I use my phone for playing? It got stuck during the loading of the game

I don’t know if it’s just myself but after this post the fame was working fine but there was a small patch that was released probably to remove all the Halloween stuff and now my game is acting up again to where I’m slowly getting the issue again.

Leviathan There are still connecting errors. Especially when you want to recover your troops either via video or by tapping the restore button after a fight. Sometimes the connection error is appearing. Than you will be forced to restart the app and you need to do it again. Important for this is to wait 10 seconds otherwise you will loose all your troops. So this bug isn’t completely fixed. Anyway, the positive thing is: there is no big issue with citizens anymore.

Guys, its not your devices, its not your internet connections, its the bhg servers, which by my reconing must be at least 5 years old by now. Untill they actually ugrade their servers, nothing will change for the better.
