New update doesn't allow me to play

OK so I updated the game this morning
I tried to start the game and it was all fine ...but after like about 20sec the loading sign appears... I tried to scout some bases and it said no internet connection
I checked my WiFi and it is all fine
I uninstalled and reinstalled
I cleared cache
I force stoped the game
I tried contacting customer service but couldn't
I restarted my device
I also said a small pray for the game to start

Please nexon address to this issue on this forum as I cannot contact you from the game
