New update doesn't start

Having problem with the new update (30th of december). At least the game on my iPad says there is a new update. Once I click on it, it brings me to the app store but the update doesn't start nor can I select it in 'updates' from the app store. Because of this I can't update AND I can't play the game. Please fix because I really enjoy the game.

Hello Sky -- welcome to the forums!

In the General Discussion forum here, another iOS player reported the same thing. As for myself, I am running an Android device and may be why I did not receive such a notification. I am not aware of there being anything more you and I can do other than wait for assistance from Nexom M Community Manager Aulia Apprelia.

The recent update released on 12/30/2014 was only for iOS versions of the game.

Sky: Because the game is only available in select regions, can you confirm that what region your App Store account is currently set to? This may be why you are unable to download the update. Let me know, thanks!
