No button option for videos on my phone!

Hello!

After changing the new phone, I can't access to all videos option in the game! No videos on daily events, no videos on Marco polo side, no videos for fragments crafting and even no nothing on retraining troops! Cleared cash and force stopped the game but still have this problem! Help me please what should I do?!! Anybody has ever have this problem?

I have no solution to give you, but I changed my phone 10 days ago for a Samsung galaxy A52s and I have the same problem as you. I feel less alone.

Hi, I have the same problem. I have changed from a Samsung A51 to a Samsung A52 and in the latter I have the same problem as you. Have you found any solution? Greetings from Chile.
