not loading

I went to go play dominations yesterday and it wont load past about 75% on the first load screen

First, welcome to the forums Jack. Second, did you try rebooting your device? If and when so and it still hasn't resolved the issue, to assist the publisher and developer further:

a) what device you are running; and
b) what is your game build number? (Click on the 'two-gear' icon along the centre-right of your game screen. Click the "Customer Service" button, and look for the data that appears after "Build".)

I tried rebooting my phone and unstalling then reinstalling. My phones a samsung galaxy s5 and i can't get the build number

I am using an ipad air and iphone 4s and just of today, the game does not load past the loading screen, it simply crashes after 25%. Tried everything, rebooting, reinstalling, none of the two aforementioned devices can load the game.
