Not received crowns for completing offer

I already contacted IronSource with proof attached and they simply rejected my complaint without giving any reason. This is fraud. I spent many hours to complete the order and I should get 4752 crowns as it was during the doubled offerings.

I did the same for a "game" called Board Game. It was supposed to pay out 523 crowns (which I figured out was a good effort/reward ratio). Same deal, rejected outright with no explanation. I had provided a few screenshots showing my progress.

That'll be the first and last time I bother wasting my time.

"Board Game" was terribly stupid too. All you do is roll dice and play a Monopoly-game. But there's nothing to do except roll dice and upgrade your buildings. There's no game! It sucked.

How/where were you guys able to contact IronSource? I'm having the same issue with the Idle Heroes offer, about 6000 crowns I'm supposed to get, and still nothing. But when I go to the 'Missing Crowns?' section I get a "Fail to parse click data" error. Very annoying.

In Dominations, go to the offers screen (with the list of offers and their crown values).
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and there are tiny links there. One is for "Missing Crowns?". That will open a separate browser window.
What I did at that point was to grab the URL for that page, email it to myself and open on my desktop browser. That way I could write the email easier. You can also bookmark that URL.

Here's what I would suggest: You are probably only going to get one chance at a support ticket. If you follow up with additional evidence, they're going to claim it was already rejected. Put every bit of evidence you can in that first email. Screenshots, player ids, descriptions, etc.

These guys are incentivized to reject your offer.

gxe1134 Thanks for the info. But even with the URL I get the parsing error when I tap on "Missing Crowns?" button to the right of the offer. Is there any other link to contact their CS?

I would see if you can grab the various IDs from the URL. I think there's your gamer ID, an offer ID, etc. Then maybe you can try from the ironsource homepage? I'm not sure, sorry.

Honestly, I will never attempt at using special offers again, especially anything that requires more than an hour or two.

If you ever want to see a change in the behavior of Ironsource we need to contact the Developers of the games we download and complain about IronSource. Tell the Developer you love their game but because IronSource ripped you off you're going to delete the game.

After many emails they finally approved my claim. However, today I received another rejection for another offer I completed. Now I'm sure they're a bunch of crooks and that the refusal to pay out rewards is done systematically on purpose. The developers of DomiNations should kick out IronSource out of their game shop.

I always get an auto-rejection. I believe that is just their policy to weed out those that will not respond and push back.
