Onward to Industrial Age

I'm approximately 3 weeks from completing all my buildings and I'm planning to forego my wall upgrades to go for IA. What should I be looking out for when I go to IA?

I would also like to know:

a) How much does it cost per Next (Search for an opponent)
b) How much does the new house cost in IA?
c) What are the upgrade durations for the buildings - are they like 6d or have exceeded the 1w mark?
d) How long do the wonders need to get build?
e) Does it show "Modern Age coming soon" in the TC?
f) Can IA players attack Gunpowder Age players?
g) What is the maximum limit for Gold and Roast Chickens - 7.5M or 9M?

I'm not in the Industrial Age myself, but I watched a video, and upgrades exceed a week . It shows an image for the global age with bigger tanks, fighter jets and advanced troops. Ia players can only attack other ia players and ea, not gunpowder.

Yea, those posters can't even say how much IA tanks upgrade costs. I need to know it asap ))) Search costs 750 gold. No GP attacks, no new house, you may need clean more land to place +1 balista and catapult, air port, defences. And a cherry on top - barracks upgrade 8 days, so 24 days on two barracks how about this? )))

Tank 7 mil, no new house. Upgrades 5 to 10 days, ia can only attack ea, storage is 7.5 mil, next time might want to wait more than 2 hrs before complaining about no answers. Industrial players are cheaters or money spenders. They dont come on the forum often

As I remember, you don't have notre dam, so it should be 6,3m for me, so 1 lvl10 mill should handle that. Even those are taking 5 days to upgrade. Yep, I still going to make tanks, dbuk, just discovered cool tactics for french

In answer to the above questions...a) 750 gold, b) there are no new houses, so they are free, c) upgrades can take up to 12 days, many are less, d) wonders are built in 5 stages, I'm at stage one, taking 2 days, total cost will be 12.5 million food, e) no it says "Global Age" f) no, g) 7.5 million is the limit. You will also need to upgrade oil storage...some things cost over 100,00 oil barrels.

For the house, when I tap on the upgrade in my TC now, I can see a picture of a house with a happy couple waving in the "Advance to Industrial Age?" screen.

Is that a bug or something? There is a post here in the forum talking about people who have bought the Starter Pack and they don't get the new house in IA. Did you guys bought the Starter Pack?

Clear more land... aiks... Then I may have to defer my advance to IA a little bit longer. 8d on Barracks - that sux IMHO.

Just wanted to comment on all industrial players being cheaters. I dont think that is true, but I think that most high level industrial age players might be and should be investigated. Specifically the time and the crowns they spent as with the new release its possible to work out how many days were used to speed up.

Yes 100% wont be cheaters or crown buyers. But like 99% are. Theres some guys out there who didnt bu crowns to get there who few days ago finished their tc upgrade to industrial

Upgrading my last Garrison and clearing Forests now... Either end of this week or next week, then I will ... "CHOO! CHOO! Onward to Industrial Age!"

Since most of those questions were answered, I'll add that you make researching tanks the priority. Attacking the cheater IA bases without them is not possible. Not to mention you'll see A LOT of them.

It is possible to kills tc + fc, most of the gold and trade goods with motorcycles, wall breakers, distraction units. Tanks are not needed
