So I've been playing dominations since 2015. I have only ever been in one alliance Santa Murica (check it out and give me your thoughts). But I feel I have outgrown it now and that I just cant progress. So I have come to the forums to seek advice and potentially a new team.

I sit comfortably around the 2800-3000 (1/5th of all alliance medals and theres 40-50 of us) medal mark no1 on the alliance page and no1 in war. I am the co leader and start almost every war sometimes the leader starts them but that's rare. I have all troops maxed my leader does not at level 242 CWA says he will never be able to save the 250k oil for level 9 factory lol!

I work hard on this game but others in the alliance do not seem the same only 1 or 2 maybe and this frustrates me. We war regularly but have many rushed bases. We only use in game chat for war strategy and usually use the top 5 top 10 strategy I implemented which took ages and some still follow the mirror strategy which is lame in my opinion. However, my no2 and no2 regularly pull 0 stars on both attacks they often struggle to attack global/industrials.

I have max reserach at library over 50% of university complete, max supersonic fighters x5, working on new level 9 tactics, aiming for walls to be max in next month or so. Havent added much xo in past few months with uni upgrades. Only thing I'm lacking is generals which I am currently focussed on. I have a cracking set of boosts at the museum for both main and war halls with some awesome stats.

I have brought in new lower level players that are more active and committed than my top brass. Yet they get kicked when they criticise the leaders strategy lol or do not donate (quite difficult to match high level donations without the troop blessing personally I would rather them be active and war than donate). I have a number of players top level who are never signed up for war like they havent warred in 6 months plus. When questioned they say they always lose or their troops aren't good enough, or a building is upgrading so on excuse after excuse.

Just seeking some advice and guidance from the community.

Fezzinsky, I suggest you join the Dominations Prime channel on Discord. There are many folks who will like to give you this type of advice and a lot of recruiting goes on there. There are not many active users here.

Try to join top 100 alliance. It's the only way to grow if your passion for war is big enough.

I think I have found an alliance to join, sent another player over as an emissary to chat with the leadership they have made space for me too, just slightly hesitant at leaving the only alliance I have ever been in but feel I must as my alliance is not committed to war enough.

I know exactly how you feel bro because I've played in such allances in the past.
I am a leader of Dark Dragons and our alliance does not belong to the top 100 but all my players are developing very quickly and are actively involved in wars. I make plans in detail for every war and I assign targets , also we think together what coalitions to choose. the atmosphere is very friendly and the criticism is rare and even if it is the players understand that I just want to help them develop. we don't have rushed bases . I have two CWA accounts at an advanced level ( troops , library , university, walls etc..) I invite you to us and I guarantee that you will feel with us, like in a family.

Hello Fezz,

I empathise with you. I’m currently keeping our leader’s seat warm in my alliance and it’s tough to maintain a good core of players and a competitive, fun, warring outfit.
We are recruiting, if you’re interested, come and guest with us for a war or two. No pressure to stay or anything, we welcome guest players and if we get along then maybe you’ll stay.
