paratrooper transport circles around forever

this has happened twice now. i have dropped my transport near the edge of the map very close to a forest area. the transport would just circle near the area until the battle finishes without dropping any paratroopers.

Maybe because you didn’t give them a target to attack?

this happened to me at the south corner of the map. it affects fighters and bombers too, but they will circle once and then head for the target. transports just keep circling

you don't target using the transport, you just drop them onto a particular area. it's just if you direct the transport too close to the edge of the map they will just circle round and round without dropping any troops

i don't use bombers but i use fighters. good to know.
