when is the Parliament aviable for everone?
Does the Parliament only work in alliances where everyally is active and have the Parliament builded?

The Parliament should be available now to all Leaders!

Any benefits of Alliance Laws work for everyone in the Alliance, as long as they have a Parliament built on their base. Once that is done you have access to all of your Alliance's researched Laws as long as you remain in that Alliance.

is there more info on the alliance donation law you can share? Trying to confirm it is how many I can donate to one person before being cut off and not a increase to the alliance gate troops (that deploy)

That's too bad that they're making this a pay-to-win system like so much else in the game, but I can't say I'm surprised. I certainly won't be buying crowns for this.

Does that mean the crown cost resets after a day? does it go back to gold/food at 14,000?

and does that apply to everyone in the alliance or just the person per day?

the crown cost resets but the food costs seems to keep going up from what i've experienced. i think each player can make 15 gold/food purchases per day before it turns to a crown cost.

It resets each day back to the base 14/15k gold/food for the first donation

Is there also a check in place so that people that run multiple alliances don't have people skipping between alliances and can re-donate to parliament at lower cost? Please tell me that you thought of this.

So does that confirm that the resource costs are the same regardless of the player's base age? E.g., Enlightenment, Industrial, Atomic, etc., will all see their first donation of the day cost 14k gold/food, and so on with the same costs up to the 15th donation?

Lower ages have lower contribution amounts.

When you move to another alliance your contribution cost doesn’t change. So if you run up your contribution amount on one alliance then it follows you to another.
