Please add Upgrade and Reroll to Benefit of Artifact

Currently I'm holding up to upgrade my artifact because it's very costly (especially blueprint + supplies). I'm waiting for very very good artifact, close to legendary level with good benefit. But I don't know when I'll get that .

With that condition, I'm proposing to add Upgrade and Reroll feature to Benefit of Artifact, to reduce a little bit of it's randomness.

Upgrade:
upgrade a benefit from +1% benefit to +6% benefit or +6% benefit to +10% benefit
applicable to level 10 benefit, restart from level 1
cost 1.000 researcher

Reroll:
give 3 choice of benefit to replace existing benefit
applicable to any level of benefit, restart from level 1 and benefit +1%
cost 500 benefactor

Sounds like a good idea, but the problem is that it will not reduce randomness but completely removes it. I will need just one useful perk to start with and then I'll reroll everything that doesn't suit me to get completely different artifact in the end)
