Poor performance of game support staffs and management.

Game is still buggy.. game crash often occurs most likely during raids. There's no even a global chat to see what's happening to community out there. Game updates are a bit delayed, you need to keep your updates active everyday in facebook, twitter or even at your site everyday to keep you players' hype alive.

Game support staffs are nothing but a bunch of jokers. They are very slow in response and in taking care of the community's concerns, complaints. They don't have any knowledge about the game, they just need to play the game from the start. They don't have the ability to clarify problems of players here. Bunch of bugs and glitches still exists even the staffs claimed they already fixed it. Game crashes in the middle of the fight is so annoying it happens a lot of time. Game server lags even in the chat box when you're typing, it can't handle the game within 20mins or so that I'm force to restart the game. I'm near at the edge of quitting due to this kind of irresponsibilties even though I already gave in some cash in this game.

But I must say it is a really good game, I'll rank you five star for your gameplay, it's unique, fun and enjoyable but the management handling the game was the big problem. This game has the potential to overcome COC if it's put in the right hands. I'm still hoping for a better management that can clean these bugs, game crash and exploits. Guys you need to be professionals in this matter coz there's always have a money involve in your business.

Couldn't agree more about the support staff if that's what you'd even call the. They basically don't offer support

Yea I agree. I'm very disappointed in the support in this game...really I'm disappointed in the entire company at this point. None of the issues my friends have contacted support about have even been replied to. Also we have a crap ton of bugs and we have not heard one word from the development team about any of it....I'm not really sure why we even have these forums to be honest.....just talking to other players is really about it.... I'm still hopeful that the company will stop whatever kinda of antics they are playing and start responding to the players.....but as each day passes my hope is fading....

I don't think nexon really understand the purpose of the forum. If BHG (the guys who actually make the game) were running it I'm sure it would be fine. As it is we have no support whatsoever apart from the occasional generic post from wvolf who doesn't seem to know much about the actual game. It's such a shame as this is an awesome game.

the staffs is developing the game such as: be able to change Nation, change the Wonders :) ..... hope so!

I don't want to thrown stones at the game developers (wich are NOT the support fellows) because I understand that developing a massive game like this IS challenging, principally if you're not EA, Microsoft, Sony or any of that gigantic big-hat-big-wallet game corporations.

BUT In my experience, support has been supar. Some weeks ago, I started a complaint about some 45k food (and the research that i've spent the food) vanishing on my game without any plausible reason, and everytime they responded my emails, they came with excuse statements, saying generic crap about playing the game on stable connections, don't leaving the game abruptly and asking for screenshots of my food supply and the blacksmith research panel, wich would be plain useless to proof anything in this particular case.

They don't even make the same support fellow keep in touch with your service order (always a random person carrying the case over from last email). Judging from the contents of their pre-written emails, they dont ever bother reading the case from the beginning, to the point that after a long email exchange, one of them was moronic enough to ask me the game info (Service Order number, Device, blablah) that came on every email since I opened the case. After that, without making any fuss and trying to control my urge to be really bad mannered with such display of disdain and lazyness, I just send a reply asking for the closure of the service order, since I already moved on within the game and 45k food became nothing to my macro-economy.

One day later, came an email asking if I was happy with the support, and again I needed to control the urge of sending an really bad tempered email in response. Counted to ten and just hit delete.

In my experience, a great game with a lazy support staff.

The devs, BigHugeGames, has verified that they are monitoring the activities on this forum.
I believe that it will be helpful if we collectively attempts to collate the issues, suggestions in formats easy to read, considering most of the posts in the forum are written with huge emotions.

I do agree that the Customer Support from Nexon M Inc. has a lot to work on in providing the players a better experience. Considerable time, money, effort has been invested by both the devs and the players of the game. It is only just that the partnering company provides better support. As what I had highlighted in my other thread, the customer support does seems to be broken.

I was caught up in a endless loop of login which bounces me back to the forum page. Was requested to login upon clicking the support page again.

Hopefully the devs are able to find more time to manage this forum along side with Nexon M Inc, which should provide us adequate customer support.
I look forward to having enhanced game play and the success of this game. Cheers
