before i say why, the cause is troop type dependant and mainly cuz of tactical helicopters
previously tactical helicopters responding to (attack) rally wasn't much of an issue cuz it had plenty of hp and wasn't targeted by anti tank guns
but now i almost lose my tactical helios in every battle and to avoid that i had to stop using rally to attack buildings and in some cases to regroup my troops
when it comes to wars, playing as a british essentialy use rally to attack buildings speeding up ur troops, which now means 100% death of ur tactical helios cuz they even sometimes go further than the rally point (much further ahead)
and using rally to regroup troops is not an option in wars for british players cuz they play mainly for split (spread) attack
add to that losing both ur tactical helios (if ur using 2) to 1 max lvl SAM cuz they tend to stick to each other most of the time
using tactical helios is really ruining rallies to the max after silo ruined it too, but with silo u could do it after destroying the silo, but tactical helio u have to forget about using rallies if u want to keep them alive
