rebuild issues

Can you please help me with rebuilding my town? When I put the walls down I often get gaps that can't get filled. Is there something that I'm doing wrong?

Seems a lot of us get this glitch. Finish building your town & ignore the gaps. Save your city when you are finished. Then go back to edit mode but don't change anything at all, just exit out without doing anything. The gaps should snap close. Hopefully this will get repaired in an upcoming update, it is a known glitch.
