Reduced Blessing times since update

Training and Tactics Blessing times have reduced since the latest update. Previously they were 1 and 3 hours respectively, since the update this has reduced to 40 minutes for the Training Blessing and 2 hours for the Tactics Blessing.

This appears only to affect the blessings which are stored in the Inventory, the times have stayed the same for those blessings which are purchased at the Temple.

I haven't seen any mention of this in the update notes so I'm not sure if it's a bug.

I see the same text. It probably has to do with the original blessing length pre library research vs post library research. I did test it and a training blessing from inventory lasts 1 hour so it works when placed. Just a visual bug IMO.
