Removed from league and lost my copper medal?

When I logged in today, I now see my copper medal is gone and when I click on the dock it tells me the same thing it did when I first started playing, that I need to go into battle and when I reach 400 medals, I can join a league, even though I have more than 400 medals right now. I guess that means the boat won't be delivering goods anymore either :/ is this normal behaviour?

BusyBee, the same thing is happened to me and everybody else. Nexon do reset things now and again this has obviously happened in the past 24 hours again. I think everyone has been removed from the leagues in the past 24 hours. You will need to go into battle to rejoin a league to get your boat delivery. Troop swap counts in alliances have also be reset to zero. That makes it difficult to see active and inactive players in your alliance....thanks Nexon...for nothing!

Hey all! To my understanding, this could have happened if your nation was under attack while you were offline -- which could result in less medals and boat delivery reset (24hours). If this is not the case, can you please send a screenshot of your dock clicked and "defense history" page to support (https://support.nexonm.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) so we can further investigate?

This is not an individual problem. Everybody was removed from their leagues and troop counts were set to zero. Wvolf, are you seriously suggesting that everyone who has experienced this problem send you screenshots?...you will receive thousands of them!

Bare with us! As we weren't able to verify issues related to removed leagues and zeroed troop counts, I was asking for screenshots. Thanks for your cooperation :)

Sorry Wvolf, when I performed my next attack it rejoined me to the copper league (as if it was the first time) so I can't send a ss of it, but I'll post it here the next time it happens. Would be nice to just post it here. Why is it we can't just report bugs in one place (i.e. Here where it's easier and other users can weigh in) and you guys report them back to support?

Yes, please do let us know when it happens again! Regarding reporting, it is much easier for us to spot bug trends when it is filed through the support system. We don't want important issues to get lost once DomiNations is released worldwide and more players join the forum. Additionally, for cases that may be unique to a player's device, setting, OS, we can provide help faster and more efficiently via individual support as well :)

With all due respect... The forum is a much more structured environment for dealing with issues because you have the entire history of the issue, attachments and all, in one place, where other users can add info regarding the same issue, typically on different platforms/devices. Support techs can query all users and inform all users in one place/thread of any fixes/workarounds (support directs us here for that very purpose). It seems a much more efficient process for both user and support. It seems rather inefficient to not have a system in place where forum staff gather the necessary data pertaining to an issue, and add that to an internal bug management system. I'm not sure why you have the bug reporting forum section if the issue must ultimately be reported via the email support system (which makes the descriptions of this forum section somewhat misleading). Not sure how your system works internally, but in my experience, confirmed bug reports are taken from both support emails and forums by support staff and added internally to a bug management system (typically an internal website, since support staff are often off-site) where devs and support staff can communicate, where bugs are prioritized and scheduled, or a system where devs actually post on the forums as well (not likely when the developer isn't the publisher). I'm not trying to bust your buttons, but rather provide you with feedback regarding the support system, which you can take back to "the powers that be", if you feel so inclined.

Hey Busybee - I appreciate your in-depth response. As you may have noticed, I'm fairly new to the forums and still catching up with what has been going on :) As you have brought up regarding processes, there is room for improvement on the current "bugs and known issues" section and your feedback is helpful. We do have an internal bug management system and will work towards making the resolution process for these reported issues more transparent. As first step, here is the list of 'known bugs' we are working on at the moment: https://forum.nexonm.com/forum/nexo...4-list-of-known-bugs-last-updated-on-3-9-2015
