Jesus, really? 50% HP reduction and slower speed? It already falls behind my troops, there was no need to reduce speed as well.

From the 10/10 game balance update notes:
Tactical Helicopters are now slower and have 50% less hitpoints to reduce their effectiveness in oil raids.

It hasn't been nerfed yet, mine always had 5k HP. The nerf is "coming soon" (later today) if you look at the notes.

well i didnt get to take advantage of the TH, but now i dont have to waste my time right now trying to push for it.

And inadvertently Nexon just beefed up the missile silo even more. We now have 1 more troop that can be 1-shot by it, and 1 less troop that can get to it to destroy it before it fires. Great balancing Nexon, as usual...

Nexon really ... creating a new heli and then making it as useless as the assault heli ...
At least I had the advantage to have the time to use the TH for massive oil farm, all costly oil nuclear upgrades are finished :D

Literally the only necessary change was to let Anti-Tank Guns target them. Ends the raiding instantly, with no other tweaks. Instead they cut the HP in half, so they die easily just like the ground based support vehicles, only to SAMs instead of mines.

Well now we have one more useless unit.

All you needed to do was remove the ability to carry raiders but instead you made the unit worthless for any role... great job guys, great job.

One SAM kills it now. It won't be useful as a healer anymore. Oh well

The irony is that raiding is still viable with it, but no other use is anymore. All you need to do is train 2x as many of them for the raid and send 2 at a time, at 165 oil still not a big deal.

They should have just given its airspace a no-enter zone so you can't stack them together. Really, most of the higher end bases defend against unstacked TH fine, it's stacking where they become indestructible, and stacking multiple TH in a real attack would be a waste of troop space.

All they had to do was change its dropzone to where iit has to fly much closer to a well. I think most of the issues stemmed from the things being shot down yet raiders still magically appearing several tiles in front of it.

I used regular infantry with the TH when raiding oil, so the suggestion to exclude raiders from it wouldn't have much effect. I was very successful with regular infantry.

The only change needed was to let ATGs target them. That would shut down the oil targeting instantly, unless you use a ton of sabotages. It would have also kept the functionality as a legit healer. But now, it dies to 1 SAM, so I don't see any use for it any longer.
