War Seasons Event 3: Aerial Reconnaissance
Date: 6/7/21 - 6/21/21

Our third World War Season Event takes place from June 7th to June 21st. Here are the bonuses and discounts you’ll find during the event.

Aerial Reconnaissance Event Changes​

• +50% Nightwitch Hangar Hitpoints​
• +50% Strategic Petroleum Reserve Hitpoints and Damage​
• +50% Nighthawk Hitpoints and Damage​
• +50% Vickers Virginia Hitpoints and Damage​
• +50% Night Witch Hitpoints and Damage​
• +50% Captain McConnell Hitpoints and Damage​
• +50% SEPECAT Jaguar Hitpoints and Damage​
• +50% FA-18 Hornet Hitpoints and Damage​
• +50% Sniper Tower Hitpoints and Damage​
• +50% Bomber Hitpoints and Damage​
• +30% Recon Scan Damage Bonus​
• +50% Recon Hitpoints​
• +50% Demolition Damage​

Upgrades to the following troops and tactics will be discounted for the duration of the event:​

• -15% Bomber Upgrade Cost​
• -15% Recon Upgrade Cost​
• -15% Demolition Upgrade Cost​
• -15% Bomber Upgrade Time​
• -15% Recon Upgrade Time​
• -15% Demolition Upgrade Time​

50% off Research for the following University Leaders:​

ok i just have to ask....

When you said "Seasons" I thought there was going to be a leaderboard that players will compete and it would reset monthly or something like that.
I didnt think that it would change the balance of the game that much every single month. We all have our museums, our research, our roles. This kind of event changes so many things that throws away much of what we do. I don't like them! I don't know if it is just me...Maybe others agree.

i.e. Air defence +50% damage and health. That surely brought a relief for defenders, but made attackers sweat a lot.
Bombers buff. this is even worse. Defenders are already having a hard time to defend. 50% is A LOT. Could have been 20%...

When are we gonna play the game again with normal stats? How long will the seasons go?

I like war season and random troop boosts - finally there is incentive for player to change their normal troop combos and it brings fresh air into the game.
I was so bored with doing same attacks over and over for the last 6 years
Like come on - how many times do I have to use HT-para or commando-zooka

I just wish those war events give bigger bonuses and some spin to the troops so we can really start using them - ie:
1. Let's boost all barrack troops +500% so we can try them for 2 weeks in high age wars,
I don't remember when was last time I used barrack troops and yet we can still upgrade them, so let's have fun with them
2. Demolition tactic + 50% only? Why not +500% for 2 weeks THAT would be game changer for wars (not against oil storage thou, we remember how players complained about it )
3. Let's boost more normal troop tactics like Impi Army, Pirates, Heavy Vandals etc
4. Give special abilities to some troops for war seasons - ie. main battle tanks could auto heal - this would be something interested
Also this would be great incentive for players to start upgrading all their troops and not only HT, rpg, commando, and selected 1 plane type
and all their defenses and not air defense only

And sure, few top 100 competitive players who only care about their alliance glory will complain but from what I see in lower ages - people really enjoy war season
You have no idea how much joy boosted infantry brought to low age new players during Infantry Assault Event
And all (not so much competitive) players like me - really enjoy some short time changes where we can enjoy/try different troops.

I hope you will keep doing it twice a year (Spring and Autumn) so we have 3 months of war season and 9 months of normal boring same old stats/combos - looks like a fair trade for me

Yes to global leaderboard, but not pay to win
Maybe count players attacks or stars or use of boosted troops in war attacks/normal PvP attacks during war season - this would be awesome

When are we gonna play the game again with normal stats? - since July 5th
How long will the seasons go? - until July 5th, 4 events in total. I hope they will bring it back every Spring and Autumn between rushes

Alot leaving the game over war seasons better rethink that one

If players are leaving the game bcs of war seasons - first time I hear about it
then this is just excuse to stop playing the game anyway bcs war season buffs are only for 2 weeks and 1.5 month in total

They bring fresh air, increased resources, better war chests, cheaper donations etc
Why people complain when we have some fresh air in the game?
And if they complain so much let's remove all troops from game besides planes and HT/commandos/rpg bcs nobody in high ages use them anyway, oh and AC for war bases

I agree about 1+2. THAT would help all and might prove funny as well. Demolition SHOULD be that strong ages ago! One shot all normal def buildings.

I pretty much agree what Martin said above it’s a good game changer and a real big breath of fresh air.

if there are those who are leaving it’s probably those who spend so much money put so much effort into getting the things which they wanted and now it’s practically useless.

I just wish that they actually also boosted zero planes too
