Seriously bad alliance bug

We just finished a war and I went off to do something then came back and all my members are gone. This is not possible since I have very loyal members. What kind of bug is this this is seriously messed up. You’re going to confuse the crap out of my players with this because What are they supposed to think if they come on and see this? I might lose members because of this I tried resetting the game to no avail please fix it and fast
