Carrigana here, Leader of the SOUTHERN USA Alliance*laughs* the ACTIVE ONE, so look for my name listed as the Leader...*smiles*...I'm a Level 140, with over 1,500 odd medals, and I've been playing this game for quite a while now..*smiles*..I've been a member in a couple of Alliances, and about a year or two back, I decided to start my own Alliance, so I formed the Southern USA Alliance..*Woot!-Woot!*...*smiles*
The SOUTHERN USA Alliance is currently RECRUITING "ACTIVE" Players! We have a 5 consecutive days absent Rule (unless U give prior notice and then U get 30 days), that is to ensure we maintain ACTIVE Players! ACTIVE PLAYERS MEAN WORLD WARS and Troop Donation support for you!

NEW PLAYERS - GET A FAIR SHOT!
We do things a bit DIFFERENTLY, that's why I started this group. I put steps in place to ensure that LOWER LEVEL PLAYERS AND NEW MEMBERS get a FAIR SHOT at WORLD WAR LOOT! We are not like other groups that let HIGHER LEVEL PLAYERS run ROUGH SHOT over all the EASY WAR BASES!! We Fight as a "TEAM" , and in our alliance it is NOT like other groups where they are EVERY MAN FOR HIMSELF! And so far, we have only lost ONE World War!..*WOOT!-WOOT!*..<=that's our War Cry!..*laughs*
MOST OF OUR MEMBERS STARTED IN THE 10's, 20's and 30's, with us, and they're now in the 60's, 70's and 80's or Higher..We currently have about 13 Members. We do a 10 PERSON WORLD WAR ONCE A WEEK on THURSDAYS (Planning Day) and FRIDAYS (World War/Attack Day). And We ALTERNATE World War Fighter Levels every other week, switching between our Higher Level World War (Where our Top 3 Level players of Level 100+ and above participate) and our Lower Level World War (Where our Top 3 highest level players sit out of fighting to help ensure that week's World War stays at lower fighting warbase match up levels, and all of our lower level players participate).
WE WANT TO WAR MORE, SO WE WANT AND NEED "YOU" to COME JOIN US!, and HELP US GROW!! *smiles*

• DO YOU KNOW WHAT MAKES A TOWN CENTER LAYOUT AN "ATTRACTIVE TARGET" BASE FOR PEOPLE TO WANT TO ATTACK?
• DO YOU KNOW HOW NOT TO BE AN ATTACTIVE TARGET THAT OTHERS WILL WANT TO ATTACK? SO YOUR RESOURCES AREN'T CONSTANTLY BEING STOLEN?
• DOES YOUR ALLIANCE's HIGHEST LEVEL PLAYERS INSIST ON YOUR REQUESTING TROOPS TO MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS HAVE FREE DONATED HIGH LEVEL TROOPS TO TAKE INTO BATTLE WITH YOU? OR TO HELP DEFEND YOUR TOWNCENTER LAYOUT? If not, then COME ON DOWN AND CHECK US OUT! *smiles*
• DO YOUR TOP LEVEL PLAYERS ACTIVELY TRY TO GO OVER AND REVIEW YOUR LAYOUT?, to HELP YOU TO IMPROVE Where You have Your Defenses? So that You have the "Right" Defenses in the Right place, to BEST PROTECT YOUR TownCenter AND Your RESOURCES? I'm a Level 140 and happily donate Heavy Gatling Guns, Dragoon Raiders, Guard Mortars, Bombards, Etc. to my Alliance Allies! I WANT U to ASK AND REQUEST TROOOPS!!! Because, I WANT You to have that EXTRA ADVANTAGE OVER YOUR ENEMIES!..*smiles*

• IS YOUR ALLIANCE EVERY MAN FOR HIMSELF?
HONESTLY, I'm not sure what would attract you as a High Level Player to move from your current Alliance on over to Ours. As a Higher Level Player, you're probably set in your ways, and you have your own opinion about how to play this game. If so, GREAT!, Stay where are now!..*chuckles*. BUT, IF NOT, and You are open to some advice, or you just need a new group of people to hang out with, then COME ON DOWN AND CHECK US OUT! Never know, you may decide you like us and STAY! *smiles*...
ABOUT PROMOTIONS/COUNCIL MEMBERS or LEADERS:
Let me say this, because I've seen brand new members of different levels, new to Alliances, and even long-term players, who seem Hell Bent on being Promoted to a Council Member or Leader, and angry if they aren't. In our Alliance, if U're asked to be a Council Member, it's because U EARN IT, Period! No, Not Everyone gets to be, heck, I've only asked 2 People (and one just got demoted, because he wasn't actually doing anything productive), but the other is GREAT and DESERVES the post! He's not only a Council Member, but I made him a "Co-Leader", meaning if I walk away from the game or Alliance, I KNOW (and so do our Members), that the Alliance is in GOOD HANDS!
WHY SO FEW COUNCIL MEMBERS or LEADERS WHEN OTHER ALLIANCES HAVE SO MANY??
Because, I've been in Alliances where people who did NOTHING got promoted, and they in turn started promoting others for literally NO REASON, so there ended up being a bunch of people (about 10+) with the power to kick other people out of the Alliance, BUT, otherwise, they did BUNK! aka NOT a DANG THING! They didn't help mentor Players. They didn't help Promote
their own Alliance (the TEAM). They didn't even put much effort into Donating Troops to help
their Allies out, etc. BUT HEY,, they were a "Council Member" or "Leader"..*laughs* What a JOKE! So, Please do not join expecting to be a Council Member or Leader, Sorry, if that's what You want, then you are better off in one of those "other" Alliances. And You too can be 1 of 10 people with a title, and a little power, that has no meaning, or you could be one of the regular members subject to the whims of 10 other players!..*rolls eyes*
ANYHOW, Come on Down and Check Us Out! *smiles* (I'm too tired at the moment to think..*laughs* so that's it for now)
