Speed Ups

TinSoldier : Why can’t speed ups be applied to troop retrain times - specifically airstrip troops. This would make the archive somewhat useful, and not a complete waste of time.

Cool, you can continue to knock five minutes off of two week builds then. Some of us would like to get practical uses from the most common speedups.

the shortest length of speedups i get from boats and chests is 1h but the option to use it on retraining troops and tactics would be nice. i hope i would be able to use a 1h speedup to get 2 fighters instead of just 1 though

Speed Ups don't work on troop retain times in order to distinguish them out from Blessings, and the brand-new Wall Manuals. Speed Ups have covered citizens and time, while Blessings usually do the work for reducing time for Troops and Tactics. A few players got a sneak peek at the Plane Blessing, so it may be good to keep an eye open for the next time that's available too!

I saw a screenshot of the plane blessing, 50% for 12 hours. How about changing that to a single use "retrain all immediately"? Or 80% for 1 hour. Much more useful.
