Starter Pack

Hello I'm fairly new to the game and community but getting straight to the point, I purchased a starter pack to get me started, I was quite pleased with myself and a bit chuffed when I saw that I had received the bonus house but realised that my crowns hadn't been added to my account. There was a message relating to the purchase which appeared on screen but honestly I had no time to read it thanks to the IOS pop up which thanked me for the transaction. If my crowns are hidden somewhere I'd like to be told where please, if they haven't come through altogether then would some sort of refund be possible ? Thanks for the help.

Hi!

I bought the starter pack too (Android) and the crowns were added immediately to my existing pool. They are not hidden somewhere. I'd raise a support ticket if I were you...

Howdy HailCeazer,

I would recommend you contact Apple themselves through their speedy chat services because, I may be wrong however, I believe they also help out with missing purchases.

If I am wrong then at least you don't have to wait for Nexon to reply through one of their support tickets asking you to contact Apple.

Hey HailCeazar - As Toast mentioned, the best way for us to assist your purchase issue is if you contact support with your proof of purchase.
1. Submit a Customer Support ticket HERE -- include your Player ID and anything else that might be pertinent
2. Submit an in-game support email by tapping Settings > Customer Service
