Stuck in Tutorial. Can't reset :(

I'm hoping someone out there can help me as the Nexon support page seems to be... gone?

I just downloaded and installed this game on my account. I was going through the tutorials and got a bit ahead of myself and built a town center before getting to that stage in the tutorial. Now that I've reached the stage in the tutorial where I'm "supposed" to build the town hall, I can't because I've already built one. I open the shop screen and it won't let me do anything. I can't advance beyond this point. I've tried reinstalling the game several times, but it always brings me back to the same spot and I can't get any further. From what I've researched there doesn't seem to be a way to reset your account. Does anyone have any ideas how I'm supposed to get past this?

Sounds like a curious bug! Do you recall how you were able to get the Town Center early?
