Cant start the game

I have played this game for about two weeks and noe I Cant start the game. The first logo starts but after the first logo the game is shutting Down. Tried to uppdate the game but it didnt help me at all. Whats the problem?

There seems to be a problem. After the battle, once in a while, I was stuck in the loading screen. The only way I can get out of this was to fully close the app, but that lose all the progress, all my troops used up and no medals and resource given, wasting my time and resource.

To confirm, when you say "first logo" you are referring to Nexon M?
Can you elaborate on the "shutting down" behaviour you observe (e.g. you are returned to your device's main menu)?
Do you receive any error message(s) and, if so, what do they read?
What happens when you attempt to update the game?

Your report is comparable to one made a couple of days ago by a fellow player. As I said there in reply in part, do you recall if the progress bar had advanced any towards completion at the time of the crash and, if so, approximately how far (e.g. 25%)? I am not certain how, or even if, the answer is relevant to identifying let alone addressing the underlying issue(s) of the crash, but an account of it certainly wouldn't take away from your report.

As well, are you running iOS or Android? Which device? The player I cited above is running Android as am I, but as in that instance I have not experienced this issue myself to date.

Im Using My iPad mini. Nexon M logo is comming up but not futher after that it just shutting Down There should Continue to big games logo but it dosen't. no error Message and I come to the screen Where I get in to the game. I Cant uppdate now I already tried it yesterday but it was no problem to try uppdate the game but still same problem to start the game

I use iPhone 5 (iOS). I think it happens when I had bad connection, but I think it was more to that. I recalled that it reached 100%, but it never budged. It didn't go back to town, just stay at the loading screen.

I am stuck on the Load screen as well. Played the game for a week and really enjoyed it but if this cannot be resolved will have to delete. Saw someone ask for the info below. Hope this helps diagnose the issue.

Do you receive any error message(s) and, if so, what do they read? Before Big Huge Games logo, keep getting "Cannot find internet" error even when connected to WiFi and I confirm that can connect to internet using all other apps.
What happens when you attempt to update the game? Same behaviour. Deleted game, restarted iPad, re-installed game, restarted iPad and multiple combinations of the previous. No luck.

Any ideas?
