Yaw cant help players gain access to game after your recent update.

Sure can still take money from players in a now unbalanced game from many not able access game from update.

Alliances booting players for inactivety, not knowing many due cant get support fix the problem they created.

After week no access no sign yaw have ability fix issue even with it currently unresolved with ridiculous exuses.

Gain access game on own play for week bit more, with small crown apology that doesnt come close replacing all that was lost.

Experienced veteran player finding game so much more unbalanced now to even come close making needed resources. Attempting to restock resources back for very active player, close impossible continue upgrades in higher age now.

Log off game then next morning get same stupid Asset Bundle message for no reason other than tech support has now screwed game up more.

When will greed of a company take pause and try salvage once decent game they are now on path flushing down toilet.

855 plus now reviews since last update in OS app, dont reflect any positive effort fixing game for many that once cared play game.

Company loyal players writing positive reviews for game app still dont fix fact yaw screwed this game up. Wont stop for maintance repair show willingness keep game fair for all that play.

Tried everything regain access again and now other way is not allowed.

I wrote to customer service about 2 of my 3 games that don't load. After many emails I was told there's a solution to one of them - which I thought was a start - but then no word on the solution. After 2 days of nothing I sent another email and got a reply saying ''This email is no longer being monitored. Please log a complaint on our support page''. WTF Nexon?

Try that I found way in first time no help from them, when got in they gave me crowns for 51/2 days no access 200 per day. Enlightment Age cost average per item 4.5 mil and 35-45,00 oil for upgrades.

Add all resources had stored before update, after finding way into game not using any illegal methods. Had bern attacked 21 times and all store goods had gone, all tactics paid for gone as well most all resources.

This is biggest part of ridiculous action.

After week playing no change to cellular connection, or updates or downloads on cell. Out blue same stupid asset bundle message appears blocking access again.

Previous way get in no way it will no longer work.

The ID #'s posting below message arent the correct player ID#'s. Support sent a email asking me guve feedback on how matter was handled.

Deleted message before sending info, they are worse one cant get them fix what they created and broke. They arent concerned about destroying game for many, as long as they can still collect money from others.

They talk about balancing game and how is that when so many cant play, but those that can ate able steal redources from many that cant do thing about it.


They dont replace what was stolen from inabililty to use, made it 3x harder to earn or gain store goods. Increased cost to use store goods. Made huntling blessing more but brought original time back.

Only to see a decreased amount of aminals at first launch, and during 15 minutes. Decreased amount of Bears and Boars when most already paid the research cost in library to see a increase in those two.

They decreased the chance earn diamonds from new research for 3-4 star victorys. Decreased 5 star victory chances so not earn diamonds when the victory should have bern one whem attack clock has 2:04 minutes left from total destruction and troops left.

Made rebuild troops take longer now, have it where more troops die from attacks when shouldnt.

Stopped focusing on cheaters again when there are more popping up like previously few months back.

Same excuse they are trying to identify issue with out shutting down for maintaince.

Now seeing a generic post answer no workaround at this time, that means no solution for stupid crap they created.

Fact cant access game again with no response from private message attempts as well.

How are you handling situation, HORRIBLE AND NEED TO BE FIRED REPLACED WITH MONKEYS WHO ARE GIVEN BANANNAS FOR TASK. CLEAR MONKEYS BECAME SMART ENOUGH SEND SPACE.

Clear the ones who created this mess from update, monkeys- 1 update developers-0

Will do my best to keep polite, fact that had to gain access with aide from yaw had a working game close to week.

Out of no where get hit with same stupid bundle asset out of no where.

Fact keeping game running for some and not for all is unfair to those not able gain access.

Past maintance shut downs allowed for better fair play across board, fact this is not happening is ridiculous.
