TL;DR: So in February i started this double points offer that required quite some effort to complete. I don't recall seeing any indication of a timeline anywhere. A month and a half later i complete it, no points, found their email, sent screenshots of completion. SSA CS is in denial. What would good CS do seeing it's literally 1s and 0s? They'd give me the crowns anyway. Because 1. good customer experience, 2. OMG who cares, it's virtual money! Not like they're giving me a real refund (although i spent $10 on that other game just to get it over with. Hahah).

Here's my email exchange with them:

Me: "Hello,

My user ID is "xxxxx" and the Application Key is "xxxxx". I'm march I initiated a double crowns offer for the game 'Vikings'. I believe the condition was to reach level 16. I have reached it the other day and didn't have any crowns credited to my dominations account. I noticed in my account it also shows an offer I didn't start, summoners wars or something.

I'm attaching a screenshot where you can see I've reached level 21. Please look into it. Thanks,"

We regret to hear that you have not received credits. In order to check if your offer completion is valid and approved by the advertiser, please first open a Missing Credits Ticket via your Support & Status page. Please follow the following steps:

Go to your offer wall page Click on "Missing Points?" usually at the bottom of the offer wall. Choose the offer you claim completion on and have not received credit for and click on the"Missing Points?" . Fill in all necessary information [Valid email address & minimum of 50 characters]. Click "Submit Ticket."

Please note that the option to submit your screenshot as proof is optional but will help us review your claim faster. If you are unable to attach your proof, please open your ticket without it and send us your proof via an email and include your ticket number in all your communication with us.

Please keep in mind that only completions that are approved by the advertiser will be rewarded.

Me: "Hi there,

the problem is my offer wall is showing a promotion i didn't register for instead of the correct one (and it's not even showing some promotions from the past for which i did receive the crowns), so there is no place for me to open a ticket without it being there. This is why i sent you this email in the first place. Please look into my case. I believe i gave you all the details needed for it. Thank you,"

Please be advised that offers remain on your user's status page for a month.

Therefore, if an offer does not appear on your status page any longer, it means you have clicked it over a month ago.

Once an offer is removed from your status page, the option to open a missing credit ticket is no longer available.

Me: "Hi there,
  1. I see an offer on my wall from Feb 16th so it's clearly not true (attached screenshot).
  2. Please point me to where in the offers wall UI or in your terms of use this 1 month limitation is called out. If it's not clearly communicated to users I feel that it is a very misleading representation of what offers are.

As explained, uncompleted offers remain on your user's status page for a month.

Therefore, if an offer does not appear on your status page any longer, it means you have clicked it over a month ago.

Once an offer is removed from your status page, the option to open a missing credit ticket is no longer available.

The offer you mentioned from Feb is a completed offer and therefore remains on your status page.
