Tablet recommendations

I'm in the market for a new tablet for Christmas and, of course, would like for it to run Dominations well.

I would prefer an Android tablet, so while many are passionate about their iPads, I use the device for other functions that I would prefer to keep tied to the Android universe.

Anyone have any experience with one of the following tablets that they would recommend?

Asus Zenpad S3
Huawei M3
Samsung Galaxy Pad S2 (S3 might be out of my price range)
Nvidia Shield tablet (maybe too expensive/overkill)

Or, some other Android tablet that folks have been happy with that I've missed.

Any advice appreciated!

Forget droid, not a single droid tablet comes close to any modern iPad. iPad Air 2 or that new $329 iPad are perfect.
I had shield tablet, it would lag after about 30 mins of play time, and that's one of the most powerful droid gaming tablets out there. Battery life was a joke, 45 mins tops when playing. If you want smooth gaming experience, go iPad. You'll get far superior experience with it. And you don't need to deal with any crappware, there's a single vendor behind it, with customer service right in the US, that speaks English without heavy accent. And if you decide it's time to upgrade to newer model, it's easy to resell for even 75% of original price tag. Good luck selling droid tablets for even half that.

I play on a Samsung Tab S2, 8" (Modell SM-T719). Works fine, especially compared to an older Samsung Tab I had before.

Problems may appear after using Decoy. For sure not always, but sometimes you'll experience severe lags, game cannot be controlled during Decoy lifetime.
I cannot confirm, yet, if the Decoy lags are gone after they announced tons of bugs fixed. (I just updated a few hours ago).

I also use a Galaxy Tab S2 and Dominations plays just fine, even decoy has never been that much of an issue.
I've used both Ipad and Galaxy Tabs. The Ipad is slightly better for overall smoothness and fluidity but I like the android's freedom. I don't like being tied down to a corporation.

I have the Asus Zenpad S3 and it's great for playing the game. I think the 4 GB of RAM really helps with the decoy lag problem, which I only rarely experience.

I have a Shield that works well for my Medieval account, but I don't think it would cope with my Atomic. And you can't get them anymore so really it's not an option.

I also have a couple of Lenovo P8 3 that I ordered from GearBest for under $150 USD each. They work well for my Enlightenment and Industrial accounts, and feel like they could cope with Atomic.

I tried playing on the latest Amazon Fire 10, which is a steal at $150, but I get the low resolution version of Dominations, so I don't recommend it.

I am using android tablet, and try some of IOS one
Most tablet above $300 working fine. but still, you will experience response lag when deploy troop, especially in war. and some time really lag when putting Decoy in central of map.
For similar budget, I think IPad mini are doing much better. and IPad Prod is prefer

I just bought the Huawei M3 last week. The only issue I have right now is the screen is more sensitive than my nexus 7 was, will just take time to get use to.
