I am ok with the tactics change even though their justification was ridiculous and they wont achieve any sort of tactic diversity with it (it was a ptw change plain and simple), not really fond of the SH change but not the worst thing in the world....could deal with both - but only if matchmaking was fixed. They've made their matchmaking disgrace way worse with it.

I would not mind the tactics change much if the heal tactics wasn't so lackluster. I guess they want people to consider using it more with the cherokee coalition so that troops have higher base hp to heal higher amounts off the 4% heal. Problem being that the 4% might simply not be enough, even with the hp pool increase off the cherokee.

A realistic change would be reducing maximum tactics amount in War academy to something like 4(+1 for Koreans). After watching few youtube videos, its only something like full atomic brit that can destroy similar level base without a fuss when they spam sabotage. After that, maybe they can reduce duration of sabotage and maybe protection too, while buffing other underused tactics

TBH, I think tactics change was intended to reduce stalemates for high level players but it's pretty much screwed up 90% of the game population just to do that.

main problem is still sandbagging, I dont really care about tactics changes except in this context... if we were facing fairly equal opponents in war it would be fun to have to work harder to 5 star....

My only issue is the tactics...

It seems the only reasonable argument banded about in favour of this change is that a 5 star win should be a rare.

Ok... then how do we get all the nations specific trade goods (sorry have forgotten the abbreviation)!? Coalitions are hard enough to set up, especially once upgraded, without making 5 star victories more difficult.

To reiterate anything i have previously said on the forum and on FB, this is a rebalancing step too far. I know a lot of great players who have sat out of world wars because of this. Awful, simply awful change to the game.

I don't think it is a OK of the tactics nerf if sandbagging is fixed and the number of troop tactics reduced in stronghold.
To me even sandbagging is fixed and troop tactics reduced, it is still a big no to tactics nerf.
There is already a building bazooka tower in the game and i do believe Nexon will still introduce more and more this kind of paid and also game-breaking buildings in the future.
There is no way to tackle a base with these kind of defensive buildings with so few sabotage / betrayal / protection.
Tactics reduction will simply encourage pay-to-win in any cases.

I don't mind the tactics reduction, and I'm a British atomic age at 3100 medals. Paratroopers and APCs distract the mortars and TC howies for me, so sabatoge not critical except for bazooka tower. I'm also looking forward so some better defenses from my base instead of everyone sabatoging everything all the time. Also, full 7 tactics takes too long to train anyways compared to the rest of army. So now wil be more in line with army training.

I just hope that nexon doesn't go to far in their rebalancing in future updates. Maxed out offense at a given age should be balanced with maxed out defense at the same age. Since maxing out defense is harder than maxing out offense, offense will always have a slight edge in practice, which is how it should be so that people can progress in the game.

In my pre 5.5 update army, complete destruction having used 6 tactics took 2 hours to retrain. 3 heavy tanks = 2hrs, Bomber and two planes = 2hrs, and 6 tactcs with a tactic blessing = 2hrs. It all worked fine, no need to change.

Guys, stop complaining about tactics - it's a good change. They made it in Clash of Clans and Supercell definitely know what they are doing. BHG just copied it.

As I see the problem - there are two groups of people complaining about tactics:
1. Those who think this is bad for wars - and that's what I understand but war matchmaking and warring against AA paid players - are not correlated with tactics.
2. Those players with rushed bases whose troops are too weak to take out base within same age in multiplayer. I see tons of rushed bases and those guys barely can 4 star a base within same age they are and they have to use everything to do so including all tactics, mercenaries, blessing and generals. It's their fault that they don't know how this game works. They don't even have all buildings related to their age, not to mention library, armory and uni researches. No pitty for them ;)
And regardless of this - no one should be able to 5 star a proper base that is one age above him and with higher player experience ;)

SH spawning troop tactics on destroy is a pay to win change and this sucks - but I can understand it, since someone paid for those troops to spawn and we need those players to support the game ;)

BTW
Since matchmaking is bad and people don't want to war - BHG should introduce operations like those in Boom Beach - this would solve the problem with wars and still allow players to cooperate within operations.

If they had any brains they'd roll back this abomination of an update and give everyone a few crowns for their trouble. It looks like they're actually losing players over this; we've got at least one guy whose game appears totally broken with an account likely lost, and I doubt he comes back at this point. Why would he? Why would anyone have confidence that Nexon will make this right at this point?

Worst update ever.

What does "keep created tactics to be moved to the stronghold mean?"

Btw, what the F was Nexon thinking when they named two things "tactics?"

Nexon should have adjusted the total amount of tactics and their duration. I believe that reducing only 1 tactic and 10% of the duration time, would suffice.

Stronghold needs to be completely reversed.
