For upper ages every upgrade takes more than 1 week each with ranging worker requirement between 4-10 citizens .
With only 20 citizens(max) , it makes game very slow and not attractive as resources keeps on building up .
So I propose new concept of temporary workers for Industrial Age and up .
The workers can be taken from Embassy in exchange of NTGs , requirement changes every week . This will keep restriction on number of worker one player can use .
Obviously they can buy NTGs from Nexon also can get from MP battles.
Also temp workers will not go to university and only can be used for upgrades .
Every upgrade involving temp worker will cost 1.5 times than normal .
