This temporary solution worked for me. I was raiding and towards the end of my battle, I got the circle of death, and this icon appeared and was able to send my result to the server. Hopefully, the long term solution is you guys upgrade your server and move most of the data on your server instead of keeping most of the data on our device. This is also why it's easy to hack the game since most of the data is stored on the device.

Ive heard almost no instances of spinning wheel leading to reduced stars since the last update. This is good news.

Editing this post to retract my statement of the problem improving. We had a good week or two, probably 6 wars, it was fantastic, without having major network crashes/nexon induced disconnects/nexon induced missing stars. Then our most recent war we got crushed by it again. At least 6-8 instances of it in our 40 player war. What on earth happened?

In our latest war the Battle Refactor screen didn't come at all after a 5 star attack and still the result was not logged...

That's because we all know it's not a ''fix'' - it's merely a screen telling you're ''currently experiencing a connection slowdown and we may not record what you think we're recording''.

Just fancy marketing, that's all .....

Good but, how about at the beginning of the war and after deployed all the army, and crash. Loose -39 medals, all the army generals planes etc. This happens to me twice. :(

This problem seems to have suddenly gotten worse again. Im not sure what happened. We had a good two weeks of wars with very few disconnect/spinning wheel issues. In the last war, we suddenly had 6-8 of them. Network crashes, spinning wheels, reduced stars. In exactly 0 of the cases did the two minute buffer do anything to help. Did something change? Are other alliances experiencing similarly bad issues all of a sudden?

I was skeptical at first, but the crash situation has greatly improved and dare I say are now rare. Thanks team.

For us, there was significant improvement for about 2 weeks, then starting this week it is absolutely unbearable again, the network issues and crashes. People are ready to walk away, its worse than its ever been for our alli.

Sending Battle Results to Server ALWAYS FAILS. Nothing wrong with my net connection. It's on Nexon's side that they're trying to get a quart into a pint pot. Why don't they just ration the bandwidth? Rather the server connection failed immediately than after, and so lost, progress.

The circle of death happened to me today. Got 5 stars on the enemy's base, but didn't count at all. I play Dominations on my tablet, in a stable wifi. While the circle of death kept on spinning for a couple of minutes, I took the liberty to check my internet connection speed using the speedtest app. My speed seems normal, nothing wrong with it. Therefore the connection problem is not on my side, but on Nexon side instead.

Also ever since I updated to the 4.451.451 (with the addition of university and a new tactic), I and my teammates experienced more lags during the deployment of troops and right until in middle of battle. This is my first time I stumble on this particular problem. Not to mention the missing war loot I've experienced before that. So I guess this problem is related to the latest update.

University brings a lots of new variables, but I assume it also adds more burden to the game servers. I think Nexon should focus on maintain a stable gaming environment, before puting some new additions.

Seraphine This issue is NOT resolved. It seems worse than ever.

We just finished a 35v35 war. During the war both an allymate (Charlie) and I attacked a base at separate times. Charlie earned 5 stars, was taken to the WAR screen, saw the explosion animation along with all 5 stars lighting up, saw his name listed as the base's TOP ATTACKER, saw our total war score increment, then he went to his home screen and made troops and tactics for his next attack. About a minute later, he received the "circle of death", disconnected, then noticed his war score was not recorded...at all. According to this post, he should have had all 5 stars. If we make it to the WAR screen, the game server should capture it. Even if that was not the case, he should have had 4 stars or whatever point where the disconnect occurred. That did not happen.

A short time later, I experienced the same issue myself, but I recorded the attack. I earned 5 stars, I made it to the war screen and clearly saw the War Report tab show me as completing a 5-star attack on the opponent. We earned 175 war stars, the max possible in a 35v35 war. We have multiple disconnects happening which directly impact Glory, war loot, results and our entire gaming experience. We play for war. We are a top 30 ally. If war did not exist, we would not play. This issue takes away the fun and competition of the game and turns it into aggravation. Life is too short to deal with this during a game which is supposed to be a retreat from life's challenges.

Fix this please....immediately. It should be prioritized over every other bug frankly, and all new development. We also need War Replays, which were promised a year ago, to help show issues such as this one.

Had the same happen to myself and others in my alliance, seems anything the players want goes "unnoticed". But ways to make $ for these clowns doesn't.

As Excellion mentioned in his post above, the same happened to me. Episodes such as this ruin the game. Contacting Customer Service also doesn't help, they skirt the issue or respond in a generic way implying a problem with my connection rather than admitting there is a fundamental flaw in the game which as Excellion mentions needs to be solved asap.

Time for a necropost, as this seems to be an issue again. WW stars are disappearing after the hotfix, and it appears that it has something to do with this. Our alliance is about to lose an otherwise winnable war and a ton of glory because of it.

I think our alliance will stop wars until this is fixed. I contacted CS and they of course gave me the typical blow-off. No more $$ from me until this is fixed, that's for sure.

We lost two 5* attacks in our current war. They went perfectly, easy hits, and both showed up as 0 and 2* on the war results out of no where. Sometimes, I think it is amazing that we have all stuck through these bugs and still play this game. Unfortunately it is getting worse, rapidly, it seems.
