We agree, that cheaters can make any game unfun. The team works to include bug fixes with each release, but often we don't announce them in the patchnotes in order to increase the time between the fix and the next exploit. Our team investigates every issue reported. During our investigation, we apply a range of sanctions up to and including completely closing down accounts.

We hope to go into more detail soon. As always, please feel free to report issues to our CS team either in-game or via the web here: https://nexonm.helpshift.com/a/dominations/?l=en&s=general&f=cheating-and-hacking&p=all and we will take action.

For 4 years, it would be possible to develop a system to counter cheaters. Instead, you just hit the tails.

If a cheater is also a big spender will he get banned? I think not.

Nice words. When I go a week or more without running into a base with every building being upgraded simultaneously, I'll start taking them seriously. Instead of telling us how well you're bailing the water out of the boat, how about just fixing the hole?

I think it’s unlikely someone who’s spent lots in the game would be willing to have their account closed for breaching the terms of service. Therefore unlikely to cheat. Might be a bit naive of me.

Fact is the method for 99% of the cheats is closed as of the last maintenance and update is had to do with overlap screens (matrix) this is now fixed and the bases you all see started this mass upgrade before the fix.

Bans are being issued for in 7 day 14 day and lifetime bans they are not auto bans yet they need to be reported to get the sanctions yes 2017-4 days ago not much was done but now it's happening. Email (Google bhg support dominations) this is the fastest way. Our last war was a 15 V we faced Latinos top LSM (yeah im giving you a shout out lol) they had 6 get bans out of 15 .

Hacker side they are trying to break through what was done but without overlap it's simply not possible to do.

There are a handful (outliers) that using a clone server but the # of cheating teams went from 1000s to 4-7 after the update not because they all the sudden wanted to be legit it's because they simply can't do what they were doing. And you will see it in war and it's kinda funny actually. . Teams that used to fill Stong holds war in war out with the best cards are now empty or pirate and poor cards. Their attack for the most part now are well lol bad at best . Most hadn't performed a non matrix attack since classical age and it shows now . What used to be 4 Vickers or 4 humvee is now a couple Viking cards and a couple Field Howitzer cards . Watch you will see alot of teams in the top 100 take a nose dive .

Well this is what we’ve all been waiting for! Time to rejoice. The cheaters have been turned back at least for now. This really is a momentous occasion!!! (no sarcasm)

Chadwicke, I would most certainly appreciate continued chronicles of the plight of the now-mortal cheaters in wars.

hmmm.last war we got some big CWA as oppenents, and their attacks were quite bad. Their bases were too high-level compared to their attacking skills. Let's see if this will repeat itself. I really hope so, so that we can have fun again in wars.

Alleluia !

i guess BHG can easily investigate how many workers are active in player's bases, but BHG does not seem to do this for years. why?
