They should set the event boost as the standard rate for resource production.

Raiding has been quite a bit better for me during this event boost, but it hasn't been over the top. It seems about where it should be regularly, I'm thinking they should set it as the standard...though I'd prefer a bit more too. Really not looking forward to going back...

I'm thinking the event was indeed a way for them to test what outcome a minor boost to economy would have, by using the entire player base for a week to do it. If there's a permanent boost to economy in the next update, I wouldn't be surprised, it only makes sense.

Not a bad theory tipek. For sure they monitor game stats. But imo the industrial boost was more about trying to bring back old players to the game. They even managed to catch some cheaters. So overall i give the industrial update a 7 out of 10. Mostly because the rally AI is still retarded about walls. And cheaters exploded with max walls

Actually I would request both. I had more fun when I could keep troops and not have not wait 40 minutes for a new army to brew

i am primarily a TC/resource sniper because I can do it with out trade goods without tactics and 15 minute rebuild times, but this isn't nearly as much fun as being able to 4/5 star bases more often and keep many of your more expensive troops and only need a 5 minute - 15 minute touch up rebuild

When I do bring the bombards and supply cart I also need ot bring mercenaries and tactics otherwise I losing those troops is pretty much a guarenteee. Plus I can not keep up with the trade good needs and can not brew tactics fast enough. I will never spend money on crowns to build armies and tatics or trade goods. I will spend money on a game that lets me play it more often. I usually use crowns at the beginning of an age upgrade to speed up barrack upgrades and get my library and armory rocking quickly

With economy they missed not 20%. They've missed 100%-500% boost. I offered them a feature - 1000% boost for the first 15-60 mins economy production, so active farmers may collect more without flooding economy with resources, but it would require them to babysit game and they'd buy more peace treaties. Mods should deliver this awesome feature directly to devs brains.
