Things Nexon Can't do

Fix glory being assigned incorrectly during a war.
Restore cards or resources lost due to a crash due to a buggy game.
Restore crowns lost due to a poor interface.
Provide appropriate compensation for any number of reported issues.
Prevent excessive donations of alliance troops to Town Centers.

I'm sure I am missing some. However, I would like to suggest a change to the wording. As the company, designs, owns and operates the game, I believe the correct wording is "Things we choose not to do". There is absolutely NOTHING that the company could not change in what amounts to toggling a few bits of data in a database.

Individual representatives may be able to say "I can't do" - and even then, the caveat is "because my boss won't let me". But the phrase "we can't do" should properly mean Nexon cannot do it. And in many of these cases, that is an obvious lie. The company chooses not to do it.

They sure can close threads that don't toe the company line though. In fact, it seems that's all the mods do now. I wonder how long this one will last?

They have stopped doing state of the nations and stopped responding to serious issues here. They have 3 new games out now and Dominations is no longer in the top 200.

It is clear they are slowly stopping support of the game.

Wish they would sell the game to a better company, who hires real programmers and real customer service. In competent hands, this game could be awesome!.
