Wanted to let you know the team is working on looking into this issue for the 10.2 update. It would be a great help if you could update your forum profile w/ your player ID. Then also submit a ticket to our CS Here. Not necessary for your PID on your forum profile but it would help to identify easier for a possible solution!

this is not just an android problem. I use ios and after the update on three devices I can no longer get into the game

Hello, same problem here, one cell phone, two tablets, three accounts. Android.
