In Any IT software or here game, this is quite normal to have bugs.When there's an update to do ALL B2B companies applying this patch/update have a recovery and a backup plan. If you see such important feature is not working why don't you plan ( for those who want, thinking about all guys rushing to new era) to propose as a pop-up to get to last working release ??

What will our compensation be for this debacle? Crowns? NTG shipments? The game is completely unplayable without training blessings. Running an event based on training troops is salt on the wound...

Training blessing issue has several aspects.
the 50% increased time from library Research «Zeal» chpt 2 is not working. So the blessing lasts 40 min and not 60.
also the effect is a lot weaker than it used to be.

french civ does not get its training reduction

game is currently not playable. Impossible to gain ntg and RSS

Still not workin...day 3 without blessing, impossible to give ht to allies during war (rebuild takes too long), impossible to get the event done like this, talked to cs, wanted some crowns back that i had to use in order to keep t hge game going, but not a chance they reimburs something.
whats the eta of this priority 1 bug? Should have been fixed within hours, not days...@tinsoldier ? Pls respond...

I find it is reducing time the correct amount, but as you say it quits being effective after 40 minutes. So the library research bonus extends the duration by 50%, but not the efficacy.

TinSoldier, since the training blessing bug is much bigger than it seems, kindly please create an event to reduce all troops training times by at least 50 to 75% while the bug fixing is still ongoing. Just reuse previous event content and artwork as this is affecting our normal game play too much

No fix, and more insultingly, no communication about the issue whatsoever. And now they've ****ed off for the weekend. This doesn't really come as a surprise though. They left chat completely broken for six weeks last year apparently without spending a single hour past 6pm on Fridays working to fix it.

Will they resolve this issue sooner? May need to break out the Magic 8-ball here.

BHG may be a great place to work but it's becoming an increasingly shittier place to be a customer.

They do it so that we spend crowns making troops. I cant find another explanation because the problem could be fix in 20 minuts, for sure.

Tactics blessing is working. (From the temple)
Air training blessing working from inventory.
Troop Training blessing not working (from inventory and temple)

New age released, every body needs resources. Not sure if it's a coincidence but would guess Nexon is getting some serious money this weekend. It obviously not related to the temple else the tactics blessing would also be broken.

The new digital age update came out during the start of our last WW..I cost me crowns to speed up factory troops due to the training blessing not working..We will suspend all WW activity until the problem is fixed...We demand Compensation for this issue and any other alliance warring during the update..Our Alliance is Rolls Royce Ca....

HT retrain dialog says correctly "13.3 min" but countdown starts at 40 min (so without blessing effect)
World wars are not practically playable atm (retrain takes too long) Please revert to the previous version while you are "investigating" this issue. That is what professional companies do in situations like this. Thank you!

This company is professional only in the sense that they charge for their services. They've been aware of this issue since DA release but are off for the weekend with only one official response about it.

I sent TinSoldier a PM on the 6th and again on the 11th and now on the 17th still no response.
