Guys and girls,

I need your help. Here is the scenario:

I have a friend at my alliance (global age level 180+) that went missing the last 2 months. He was playing dominations with his wife gmail. They are breaking up now, and he has the device and a new account but he doesn't know how to transfer his game from the old account to the new one. Can you help?

Account where the game is:
wife@gmail.com

New account where the game must transfer
hubbie@gmail.com

How to transfer his GA game from the one email to the new one? Specific instructions pls

He needs to contact Customer service with his Player ID and Gmail account and explain to them what's going on. I'm pretty certain it is possible but not sure how long it would take for them to transfer it.

Change his wife's apple ID first into his ID, but that means his wife couldn't use that account anymore.
​​​​​​All game records will be transferred as well.
Can be done through Account Settings in Apple ID settings.

However if it's Android and he wants to change Google ID, that would be impossible.

​​​​​​Probably someone from Game team could care to explain better.

Is it possible to give my accounts to one of the few active players in my alliance? I don't want to play anymore.

What I mean is, can I assign new emails to the accounts (4 accounts). If I can't change the emails, then I can't give the accounts away.

Nexon should make this possible. It's in their own interest, since i'm not paying them anymore and the new owner might be a sucker enough to pony up some cash (until the next rebalance, at least).

Not sure if this helps (or even if it is still true), but when you transfer across platforms (iOS to android or vice versa) the emails didn’t need to match. It was all based on the auto generated code.

This is actually a very good question. Eventually email addresses DO change, so knowing how to change them is a good thing.

Yes it works.
The problem is if we have the same type of new device, either Android or iOS. If we want to get rid old email in our life, we have to change directly from the device account ID. (Allowed for Apple ID, not allowed for Google ID)

For iOS to iOS user, we have to go to Apple ID login page, change our ID there to the new email created and all associated data will be transferred to our new iOS email.
Note : all games, iCloud data, everything in old account will be transferred as well. (Not only Dominations account).
Example, old Apple ID is : x@gmail.com. We have a new email that we want to use to replace it y@gmail.com
​​​Change that email in Account settings in Apple ID web page to our new one y@gmail.com. Open y@gmail.com inbox then confirm the changes.

thanks for the responses. I forgot to clarify that both devices use Android and google accounts.

So I take it that it is impossible?

May I ask this then? When you have the game open and you are connected to wife@gmail.com and play your GA account, you can tap on disconnect and connect to another. right?
Then the game will check if you have a game connected to this new account. If yes you will be asked if you want to load the new game for that account. If you press YES then it will load it.
If you tap on NO, will it load the new gmail account but keep the base you already have loaded with the previous account?

Yes it will keep whatever base is currently played/opened. But when you close the game and reload, of course the process will always repeat. And what if his wife is currently playing also, the game will be disconnected.
And many other consequences.

You can try contacting Support though I doubt they will help, since it's related to players internal/private matters.
No harm to try.

There's this simple solution 😊
Ask his wife if he could take that ID. His wife could make a new account.
I'm curious, is this your friend's or your case wrathchild_78 ? 😆

hahaha no Angel. It is not my case. I would never play a game with my wife's email. (no such mistakes from my part)

I will try a few things and lets see how it goes.
Will keep you posted if I find a solution.

TinSoldier This is a different case, what if we have transferred/linked account from iOS to Android device, but then we lost Google Account. Is that possible to link again with different Google Account?
Well I tried, then it said ''unable to process because this game is already linked"

The only ability you guys have is to completely destroy your game. Thanks. Your game sucks and is garbage now. Way to go. Maybe nexon should rebalance the crack it’s employees are smoking cause you’re smoking way to much of it

There are instructions on how to transfer accounts, but they're only for device-to-device, and if you have the same Google Play or Apple ID.

We don't have the ability to look up players by email address (for GDPR compliance reasons it's something we don't store) so your friend would need to know both game IDs when reaching out to CS.

I will pm you the details once I have both IDs. I just hope that we can link his global age base to a new google ID and not lose this devoted player. Imagine that he already restarted the game once after he broke his first tablet. thanks!
