Troops seem to get stuck in place

It seems to me that my troops get stuck dancing in place?

They might be feeling safe there, and hence there is no commander in charge they are dancing out of joy, cowards.
You might try to RALLY them, Rachel - that is done by the leftmost icon on your troop tray

I saw it too. Could be blocked by a trap or not-visible troop. My supply cart got stuck long time ago, but with the latest version, I have no troops stuck anymore.
