Trouble Joining Alliances

After leaving, there is no alliance list when we click Alliances.
When viewing alliances, either using Search, Leaderboard, and Bookmark feature, it doesn't load anything. The alliances appear, but we can't view roster to join.
Fix itself in 10x restarts in 1+ hour but this is kinda annoying, especially because I need to join an alliance for urgent purpose.

I experienced this weird bug 2-3 months ago. At last it offered me not more than 2 choices, one of which is still my current alliance, Head Case. This has to be fixed quickly

Saruman the White I believe this issue started when glory reset was done (or even before that) I heard about it before, now I'm suffering it too

Yup, noticed this too when I went out visiting a few weeks ago. I'm pretty sure it's a cause for the paucity of new recruits I mentioned last week. Maybe this'll be the community manager's one bit of community management for the day in the game's official forum! Guess we'll see in a few hours, maybe.

I think it happens to people that recently quit an alliance only.
If we've been alliance-less for a while, or are brand new players we won't suffer this.

Any estimated time for a fix, or do we need to restart 10X?
