Unable to Collect from the Very Large Array

After I did the update I am unable to collect from the Very Large Array.
The symbol is floating above it but I only have the options of Info or Replace.
Is anyone else having this problem?

same at me today. Cannot collect it and I upgraded yesterday. I wrote to the customer service and have been waiting for a feedback.

I can confirm this issue as well. It seems the most recent small update 0.9MB broke it

We're aware some players are unable to collect from VLA and are currently working to resolve the issue! In the meantime, customer service will be able to review and provide missing Speed Ups.

Leviathan, not some people but all people in our alliance are unable to collect speed ups. Also the compensation provided were just minimum, it should be the average. Any idea, when you be able to afford a testing team?

I raised this and received one 6hr speed-up. I also have the Atomium, so reset my wonders too, so should have 2 speed ups, as mentioned above, bare minimum compensation at best.

I am also experiencing the same issue. I run both the Very Large Array and the Atomium and they are claiming that they can only hand out 1 6 hour building speed up as compensation. I have yet to receive a single speed up and have sent screenshots as proof. I even made this account a few minutes ago simply for the fact that I am deeply frustrated about this.
