Unjustly Banned for Suspicious Activity

I was banned last week for "suspicious activity.” Nexon is falsely accusing me of using a Crown Freeze hack.

I’ve emailed CSR and the forum moderators, without any real followup or explanation.

I am a completely legitimate player who has never cheated or used any sort of hack. I’ve played hours each day for the past 1/2 year and have steadily built up my base to level 110.

Nexon however has not responded to my numerous inquiries. I can detail exactly what I’ve used crowns for. My upgrade history, crown usage (and subsequent reduction in crowns) have been completely normal. Any review of my account and base will show I did not use any sort of hack.

I can only assume it was an error, and have given Nexon ample opportunity to correct the situation. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the non-response is unacceptable.

I’ve dedicated a great deal of time and effort into this game and consider myself an ideal customer. Its insulting to be treated this way, when I know I am completely innocent.

I’ve reported numerous obvious cheats over the past few months, only to see nothing happen. I’ve reported numerous bugs and incorrect descriptions in the game…. and now I am being falsely accused and banned.

If this is happening to others, I hope they can speak out as well. I’d hate to lose my account, which i’ve dedicated a great deal of time to. I’d also hate for Nexon to lose other legitimate players, if this is happening to others.

Update (4:30pm PST 2/29/16): My account has been reinstated, due to a "one-off complication" on Nexon/BHG's side. I am appreciative of the review and understand mistakes do happen. I hope this is not affecting other legitimate accounts, and urge Nexon to review their banning process. There are a number of obvious hacked bases I'm sure we've all come across, and I hope those are the accounts that are taking up Nexon's efforts and time.

This particular ban is really disconcerting and should be further evaluated. Mistakes can happen. We've seen them before and the player's base was reactivated. We stand by this player as being a legitimate player. Nexon/BHG, please re evaluate.

If it's a mistake I hope they sort it out for you. I'd hate to be in that position after developing my base for so long so good luck to you. You attacked my base a week ago and the attack was legit, so that's all I can really comment on.

Had the same thing happen to a friend from our alliance. He got banned without a reasonable explanation. He wrote to Ironangel directly through the Forum and fortunately they reviewed his case and reinstated him.

Apparently, he was banned because he only spent $10 on the game, but played hours to get high in medals and used his saved crowns for peace treaties and according to Nexon this isn't possible.

Hope everything works out for you and you get your base back.

Ironangel, you seriously need to look into it. This kind of ban is not only disconcerting, because we are talking about legit and loyal players, but disappointing in the way CS handles issues like this one.
When we report evident cheaters and hackers, we need to keep reporting them over and over to see them banned after a long long time, if they're ever banned
Now that we want to help players out, we've been asking CS for further investigation as we believe this kind of bans obey to honest mistakes.
I have submitted 3 tickets already,on behalf of Wmmumm and after their response on my first one, asking me to literally back off, they've been deleting my tickets without response, these mustn't be the ways of a Client Services Department at all
I totally stand by this player and all I'm asking is a further investigation on this matter, I truly believe this player's account can be reinstated

Wow, dismissing CS tickets on a vendetta against legitimate customers is not only unethical, but very poor business practices. We are not just "players". We are customers. Nexon/BHG Customer Assistance cannot behave like gangsters, dismissing customers' legitimate concerns.
