Greetings, Leaders!

We wanted to take this time to inform you all of immediate as well as upcoming updates being made to DomiNations, but first we wanted to express our gratitude for how patient and understanding you all have been over the last week with all of the unexpected issues that have arisen. We truly appreciate it!

We fixed all accounts that were impacted by the recent Alliance issues; for those who have submitted support tickets, you will soon receive a response indicating that the issue has been resolved. If you continue to have issues, please contact our Customer Support department.

Additionally, we are working on restoring missing Medals.

We also fixed accounts hit by negative Crown totals. Should you still have negative Crowns, we ask that you please submit a ticket to Customer Support. Please see instructions below. We are unable to provide customer support through the forums for privacy reasons.

Finally, to say thanks for how awesome you all have been, we’re pleased to announce a new special event kicking off on Friday, May 8th - Golden Stag Weekend! Not only will there be an increase in the number of stags, but higher Crown rewards! Stay tuned for more info!

As some users are currently unable to access the game at all, please submit a support ticket here: https://nexonm.com/dominations-support/. Please make sure to fill out all fields to the best of your ability.

Please note that due to high ticket volumes there will be a longer than normal delay in response times. After submitting a ticket you will still receive the automatic confirmation email, however the first initial reply from a Customer Support agent may take longer than usual. We are doing our best to get to everything in a timely manner, and apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused.
