Update Issue released 7.13.2016

Having issue with new update released 7.13.2016; many members in 3 alliances had downloaded new update. Several have now experienced serious issues, as myself and 100's did in Sept 2016 when we where denied access to download app again. One of our leaders couldnt doenload app, suggestion was too uninstall app and then reinstall app. Player is on Iphone no longer able to reinstall app. Several players cant donate troop request due too others have not yet downloaded app but cant. Causing issues wiith troop request in chat also.

I can't download update. Deleted game, even wiped iOS and tried a fresh install. I can't download the game at all on any device!!!!!

We where able to gain access from having to deal with experience in Sept.

Wifi can cause device too not want too load interfers with cellular data when trying reinstall app.

You will need too continue hitting download app few times, it will reload.

Make sure you hold power button and action button on top cell same time. Cell phone will power off hold until you see Apple icon appear then release buttons.

App has habit still running in background when not in use, that kills all apps that run when not in use.

Reinstalling will force the update to load if your one of ones having trouble loading new update.

Those not having update completed is causing multiple glitches in alloance chat, donations and will effect alliance wars due too changes.

Several members have been able update on Ipads several are having trouble still. Certain regions in parts of other countries can effect this. Wifi is the cause of issue so you need check strength and data strength able transfer.
