Update on fixing war problem I shouldn't have to ask

What is going on is war fixed I know matching is forever broken now but do attacks count ???!!!??? Here I am playing the email game instead of the real game

delay digital age by a minimum of 60 days the game is clearly not ready

Fix war all aspects
1 current war attack not counting
2 crash base bug both the dead zone in front of the museum and the plane return to inventory crash all you got to do for plane crash is have Sam's not work when placed at the edges .
3 war Match is terrible if it can't be right take it back to the way it was before it was ever changed sandbag wars were not this bad
4 fix troop card replication
5 nerf bombers both the Airstrip unit and all bombers style cards ( vickers, stealth)
6 ban all accounts that maxed space age with archive, resources hacks look at account creation of it's 2018-2019 and you didn't get 20-30 thousand dollars in crown purchase it's not legit takes 3-5 years to max a base without that kind of cash behind it .
7 set a constant price on the event whatever it is this is an event this is how much a pass cost
8 map edit bug with the bastions yes it's still not fixed
9 perk level 3 for the 3 extra troops in Alliance gate yes it's still not fixed
​​​​​​​ 10 practice communication with the players we are being used as beta testers against our will so at least listen to what we know we have been at this a long time we know what is wrong and what would make it better.

Well I hope everyone is ready to deal with this through the weekend at the very least. This is starting to seem reminiscent of the time they broke chat during Summer 2018, right down to the general lack of urgency and minimal, grudging updates on social media from the PTB. Hope for y'all's sake it doesn't take them six weeks to fix the issue this time.

Just be realistic (all), look on the decisions from a business economic point of view and read the BHG (not Nexon) Homepage in detail. You will understand a few things more.

They will release digital age this year, they will not tell us a detailed time schedule in advance and they will not invest much time on open issues, especially cheating or using bugs to clone TT or build level 70 generals. It’s part of the revenue generation process.

Rethink (all) your individual strategy to deal with.

You match an alliance you suspect seriously they are cloning TT? Just push them into a full SH war, keep your SH empty and attack 0TT. They will be pissed off cause they have wasted many premium cards to fill SH.

You found a base using the worker bug? Report it to CS and ask how to do it. Ask for a link at the forum where you can find an description about the usage.

Do it the other way round.

With their knowledge and capabilities, 60 days isn't enough for BHG.


Release it at the earliest, during Winter of Ages, in the very end. Late January or whatever.

One of their core values is 'make new mistakes'. I think the devs are taking that too literally!
How can a company with ONE game have so many issues and not fix them after all this time/week after week month after month? BHG_Muet ?
l asked in another post why so many bugs and issues are 'still under investigation' from so many previous updates.
Why are people still spending money on this level of customer service for ONE product? Any other company with such a track record woud be out of business!

I disagree. Without the customer, they don’t have business. Customer needs should be at the forefront. I certainly won’t be spending any money on this game until they sort the issues out, and I know I’m not alone on that.

You pay for nothing first, it’s a free game. You pay for crowns to speed up processes, you pay for cards to win battles. You don’t pay for Nexon being your friend.

People who pay to keep this game going deserve a game that works.
I suppose you're happy to sail in a leaky boat that you bought? I mean it's only a small leak right? You can always use a towel to mop up the water from time to time.

No, I just stopped asking them for anything, they won’t do it anyway. And that’s the only thing I say: neither Nexon nor BHG will do anything against bugs, crashes, cheats or hacks. They tolerate all as it is part of their business model. They are earning money with the people using the matrix glitch, I guess they also earn money with people using hacks and modified APK.

Although, it'd have been much better if we got an official announcement. We're currently at war and both our team and the opponent's had 0 lost attacks and it's almost over. So it's probably fixed.
