Upgrading War Academy

Is there any point to upgrading the war academy past Level 7? All you get at level 8 (and 9 for that matter) is an increase in hit points (+925) that costs you around 7 mil. No extra tactic space. No different tactics unlocked. Am I missing something here?

You upgrade the existing tactics to the next level

Do you mean another possible level is added beyond the current max, but u still need to upgrade each one thru the armory? I suppose that makes sense--kind of like upgrading the air strip I suppose--no extra or new planes/tactics: just extra levels to improve them.

It's a top priority as war tactics are crucial to success. But if you think otherwise then you may as well stop upgrading anything as what's the point?
