Victory Chest available in 3 days and 11 hours... after the update

Played a few mp battles ,after the update (6.7.)... After collecting a Victory Chest I have noticed, that the next Victory Chest will be available after 3 days and 11 hours.
Quite a long wait, if you ask me...

someone has said they were able to get multiple victory chests in a short span of time, and the counter for the next chest kept increasing to 2 days, 3 days, etc. as they kept receiving rewards

Yup, mine is at 1 day, and I have completed Spoils of War research, so I should wait at most 20 hours

This is so true for me. I am getting Victory Chest rewards after every 12 stars. However, my counter tells me that I need to wait for over 5 days

TinSoldier I read that some players bases were being rolled back due to them exploiting a glitch. Can you confirm that it’s not the glitch in this topic?

I dont want this to happen to me but at the same time, if I don’t claim the victory chest awards, the darn icon keeps sounding off every 10 seconds and is driving me nuts! Thanks in advance...

Same issue I didn't notice it at forsf but victory chest. Is constantly available TinSoldier no matter what you attack while gathering nation trage goods the chest is available after 12 stars

This is an issue we are currently looking into.
As far as I know, bases that have been rolled back to exploits have not been related to this issue, MLMMLK

How are you keeping record of when you can and when you can't claim a chest? This would be absurd to ban someone for that. Exploiting a glitch is definitely not something that you have been always doing before, as it is natural to do as of the game play.
