I didn't see this mentioned elsewhere, but several in our alliance (including myself) have seen erratic behavior from the victory chest. Sometimes it will show 0/15, sometimes 12/15, sometimes nothing. It seems random from what we can tell, and resets to one of those values frequently. I know earning too many chests is a trigger, so I wanted to make sure this bug was known...

Confirmed. Another bug 
It shows 15/15 stars and when I clicked it was empty. It showed choose your reward and blank window. When exited this window stars went back to 10/15.

After a couple of weeks of library research my required victory chest stars were reduced from 15 to 12 yesterday. However since then it’s been stuck on 12/12. I didn’t get my reward and it’s just crashed. Can’t access it. I’ve deleted app from iPhone and reinstalled without success.
Sent CS a few messages without reply so far. Very frustrating not to have the victory chest operational

I had same problem couple of weeks ago. Went from 15 to 12 stars. On collecting blank page, couldnt recieve anything. Luckily cs could reset it somehow and I was able to recieve prize and it started working then again.

My victory chest advances from 10 to 12 stars even though I make a 5 star victory! That means I have to get 20 stars to see chest at 15 star level and be able to claim my prize. I didn't finish university thing for 12 star victory chest and still need 15 for prize. It goes like this: 0+5=5+5=10+5=12+5=15
