Video and video retrain issues on iOS since update

Myself and a lot of alliance members are having issues not being able to play videos and get the video retrain on iOS post-update.
Typically videos show black screen but with sounds playing in the background requiring force closing game to reset. I have the game loaded on an old android phone and have no issues on there. Please look into this as losing the video retrain ability is a real killer.

Same for me. I can hear the audio for the ads but blank screen video and reward is not given. Problem started with last iOS (iPadOS) game update. Please make fixing this a priority. No instant retrains, daily rewards or Marco Polo videos.

True, it is the ad-servers messing up the videos not BHG. But our relationship is with the game company, and CS could (should) be our voice to those advertisers. Even if we accidentally think it’s BHG, their reps can FWD the complaint to who’s responsible. Otherwise how else would they know?
Of course I’m writing as if they’d take the effort to go to bat for us their customers,,,

Hi, I had the same problem, but I found the solution and it's very simple. You have to delete the app and reinstall it. At least that worked for me and I watch the videos without a problem. I hope it helps you.

I did that and it worked one day and that's it.

Apparently they need to get a new App Monetization partner then. I would think this would be affecting their Ad revenue. (if any)

IronSource doesn't even have a support site. If they are the ones also responsible for giving crowns for completing offers, that has never worked for me either and I stopped trying that a long time ago.
