Video bug

the game either crashes or I get a blank screen. Happens about 30% of the time. Retrain doesn’t work when this happens. Anyone else has this issue?

i contacted customer service and they told me my iPad and the game both needed to be updated to the latest version. And they already are.

Sometimes it's server-wise either from Nexon or third party sponsor. The video couldn't be loaded properly so it went blank.
Nothing else to do unfortunately
