Is this building permant or temporary? The price tag would indicate that it’s permanent but, that may be too good to be true.

The Villa is a Global Expiration building - meaning it will stay on a base until October 12th. You can read the FAQs about Global Expiration Timer here:
https://nexonm.helpshift.com/a/domi...---events-and-systems&f=event-buildings&p=all

What is the Global Expiration Timer?
This timer shows when all Event Buildings of this type will expire. They will be removed from all bases and no longer be claimable from the inventory, regardless of when they were obtained or placed. Only some Event Buildings have Global Expiration Timers, while others will last a set time. (Typically 7 days.)

To be fair, it's not $55 for just the Villa. You also get 10x Green Jacket army (nice!) and a pretty large amount of 12hr speed ups.

Still, I do feel the building should either give more citizens or should cost less at the final tier.

In another post, TinSoldier also noted that the team is "experimenting" with ways to give more citizens temporarily/reduce citizen costs in different ways. This is likely one thing they are testing out, but I imagine we will see several more methods of adding temporary citizens in the future.

lol well, I was going to go buy an iTunes card. I’m definitely not doing that now. Look, I have 20 builders. I typically keep 19 to 20 of them busy. I’m still in IA and I’ve been playing this game longer than I can even remember. It’s been at least two years. I highly doubt 3 permanent builders is game breaking. Can you please talk some sense into the team who decides these things?

I like the idea of temporary workers, but... If you're gonna make it this expensive, why wouldn't we just buy crowns instead and crown a bunch of stuff?

You're gonna need to drop the price quite a bit before this makes any sense at all to me.

When Tin Soldier says the Nexon team is "experimenting" with ways to give people more options, that's just marketing-speak for repackaging things in different ways.

Nexon is never, ever, ever going to do anything to reduce the time or number of citizens it will take to complete projects that doesn't involve paying more than crowns cost in bulk.

Could you enlighten us, how the expiration will work? I mean, when I would have 22 workers working (19 standard +3 from the Villa) and then when the Villa expires how they will be removed from my base (not the building, but the workers)? I hope that they will be removed only if I will have 3 workers free again, or?

Citizens are not equal crowns - crown finishing doesn’t depend on a number of workers. For example, you may put three workers to build an oil well for ten days or three traps for ten days each. If you would like to replace that by crowns, traps would cost three times higher than an oil well.
