VIP store and Marco Polo changes

- VIP level 1 has changed dramatically for the worst! That's the first level available and it has gone to sell exclusively TTs for crowns .
This is not an improvement! Please revert to what it was or rethink about it.

- Marco Polo is selling Troop chests for crowns. Another bad idea! Why? What are we gonna do with our rubies?

Marco has always sold chests containing troops for crowns; it sells them for both crowns and rubies. I think they misnamed one as "troop chest" but it was different than the ruby one, and it appears they fixed the name.
